XCMG XM405S Cold Milling Machine

XM405S is a special milling machine designed by XCMG for marking line milling.

● Walking system: It adopts three-wheel low-speed, fully hydraulic drive, which can solve the problem of insufficient climbing ability and slipping.

● Suspension system: The rear wheel is an independent suspension support wheel. The right rear wheel can swing back inward to facilitate edge milling.

● Milling system: Using hydraulic transmission, milling is smooth and powerful; imported cutter heads ensure the service life of the tool.

● Milling depth control: By adjusting the lifting and lowering of the left and right rear legs, wedge-shaped milling is allowed; a depth sensor is installed on the rear legs to electronically display the milling depth.

● Steering system: Full hydraulic steering, featuring light and flexible operation.

● Water sprinkling system: Fan-shaped water nozzles spray water onto the cutter head to cool the cutter and reduce the spread of dust during milling. The large-capacity water tank allows the machine to work uninterrupted for a longer time. Electric water pump, high-pressure spray, sprinkler head is easy to disassemble and clean.
